I’m a new physical science teacher at a small school in Kansas, and I was able to get my administration to buy Logger Pro for the school. While Logger Pro is really great for analyzing video, I know that at some point I am going to want probeware. My question is for all those modelers out there that have purchased probes and sensors. Is there any way to find cheap or discounted accessories? I’m not sure how many more teaching toys I can ask for so hopefully someone has some advice.

I do not know about cheap or discounted probeware, but I can give you some input on essential probeware needed for year long physical science course. I was in your situation last year….was given money to buy equipment for my classroom and where do I begin?! The sensors I feel are necessary, at the bare minimum, would be the dynamics cars with track, force sensors, and temperature probes. Hope this helps!
