Join the ASU Physics Department IDEA (inclusion, diversity, and equity alliance) team on Wednesday, November 18 at 7:30pm (ET). This talk will address why diversity is important and how an inclusive environment can be prosperous. Topics discussed will include personal bias, non-confrontational dialogue, and micro aggressions. This conversation will help bring the STEM community together and it will help foster a more inclusive and diverse environment of thought.
